Purchase policies, payment methods and returns

We kindly request that, before using our services and purchasing our products, you carefully read the following General Terms and Conditions of Purchase:

1. Scope of application

All purchases, product orders, and service provisions shall be carried out in accordance with these terms and conditions.
These general terms and conditions of purchase shall apply to all future transactions without the need for an additional express agreement.

By placing an order, the CLIENT fully agrees to be bound by the purchase contract set out in these terms and conditions with Jose Manuel Aguilar Aguilar.

Jose Manuel Aguilar Aguilar may periodically update these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.

2. Customer communication

When placing the order, the CLIENT must provide at least one valid and operational telephone number and email address, which must remain active from the moment of purchase until its completion.

The CLIENT must check their spam folder or email filters and ensure that messages sent from info@ladehesaderobaina.com are received correctly.

Messages sent by Jose Manuel Aguilar Aguilar to the email address provided shall be considered received by the CLIENT once sent.
Jose Manuel Aguilar Aguilar shall not be responsible for errors caused by incorrect or inactive email addresses provided by the CLIENT.

3. Formation of the contract

If the CLIENT provides a different delivery address or email address (for example, to send the order to another person), this will not affect the formation of the contract with the CLIENT.
If the CLIENT acts on behalf of a third party, this circumstance must be duly proven and expressly accepted in writing by Jose Manuel Aguilar Aguilar. Otherwise, the contract shall be considered concluded solely with the CLIENT who makes the purchase.

4. Acquisition

To purchase any of our products, the CUSTOMER must:

 

  1. Select the desired product and review it carefully.

  2. Click the "Add to cart" button.

  3. Click “Checkout” and follow the indicated steps, providing the required personal information.

  4. Select your preferred payment method: Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer.

  5. Confirm and complete the purchase by clicking “Place Order.”

5. Pricing, payment methods and billing

All prices shown on the website include VAT and any other applicable taxes.
Shipping costs will be added to these prices and are calculated automatically according to the weight, type of product, and destination.

If the CUSTOMER would like additional information about specific shipping costs, they may contact us by email at info@ladehesaderobaina.com.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit or debit card

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

The payment process is carried out in a secure environment under the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, ensuring that data is transmitted in an encrypted and protected manner.

The CUSTOMER undertakes to make payment at the time the order is placed.
The purchase receipt will be sent automatically by email after the order is confirmed.

In the event of any unauthorised or fraudulent charges, the CUSTOMER must notify Jose Manuel Aguilar Aguilar immediately by email or by calling 722 87 94 53.

Invoices will be sent exclusively by email to the address provided by the CUSTOMER, who expressly accepts this means of delivery.

6. Shipping

Orders will be shipped via courier within a maximum of 7 business days from the confirmation and payment of the order.

7. Order confirmation, cancellation, withdrawal, and liabilities

Once the order is completed, a confirmation email with the purchase details will be sent to the CUSTOMER.

Jose Manuel Aguilar Aguilar will accept order cancellations if requested before the order has been shipped.
To do so, the CUSTOMER must submit the request through the website’s contact forms or by email to info@ladehesaderobaina.com.

Jose Manuel Aguilar Aguilar shall not be held responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the CUSTOMER.

The CUSTOMER must review the order details before confirming the purchase. If any errors are detected, they must be reported immediately.

Each delivery is considered completed once the order has been handed over to the CUSTOMER by the transport company.
The CUSTOMER must inspect the order at the time of delivery and may refuse it if the packaging is open or shows visible damage.

Any claim for errors or damage must be made within a maximum of 24 hours after receiving the order.

8. Warranty

All products are covered by the legal warranty in force in Spain.
The duration and conditions of the warranty will depend on the type of product purchased.

9. Returns

No returns will be accepted if the product is not in its original packaging and in perfect condition, except in cases of defective products.

In the event of a defective product or shipping error, Jose Manuel Aguilar Aguilar undertakes to replace it at no additional cost to the CUSTOMER.
If replacement is not possible, the amount paid will be refunded.

For unjustified returns (non-defective products), shipping and return costs shall be borne by the CUSTOMER.

Right of Withdrawal:

The CUSTOMER may exercise their right of withdrawal within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date the product is received.
This right cannot be exercised if the product has been unsealed or handled, in accordance with Article 103(e) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November:

“The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.”

Refunds will be issued by crediting the amount paid.
To exercise this right or to manage any incident, the CUSTOMER must contact info@ladehesaderobaina.com.

10. Claims

If the CUSTOMER believes that their consumer rights have been violated, they may file a complaint with the Consumer Affairs Office of the Regional Government of Andalusia:

• If they have a digital certificate, they may do so through the corresponding electronic portal.


• If they do not have one, they may submit the complaint at the establishment or at any authorised consumer office.
