Our story
La Dehesa de Robaina, which blossomed in 1969 in Pilas, a very special place in Seville where the land, the climate, and family roots intertwine to give life to a unique olive oil.
From those early days, we chose respectful and traditional farming methods, preserving the true essence of the Andalusian countryside… Wonderful indeed! Each olive is harvested by hand with great care and patience, guided by the rhythm of nature and the knowledge passed down through generations.
We produce our olive oil using the Manzanilla variety, in small batches, because we believe that quality comes from care, time, and above all, a commitment to authenticity.
Beyond being a simple product, our olive oil is a tribute to the land that saw us grow, to the people who cultivate it, and to the flavours that… tell stories!

At La Dehesa de Robaina, we produce a unique olive oil made exclusively from hand-selected Manzanilla olives, harvested one by one. This careful artisanal process ensures that only the finest olives reach the mill, preserving their aromas, freshness, and characteristic smooth, balanced flavour.
Unlike more industrial oils, our production is limited and depends directly on manual work in the field and on the conditions of each harvest. Handpicking, delicate transport, and immediate milling increase costs, but they also raise the quality to a level that only a truly premium olive oil can offer.
The result is an exclusive extra virgin olive oil with its own identity thanks to the Manzanilla variety: a sweeter, rounder, more aromatic oil, perfect for those seeking a top-quality product to enjoy raw, in special recipes, or as a gourmet gift.
